Access and entry controls at buildings, parking areas, and production and logistics facilities should be as straightforward as possible. ID-RFID-UHF-ST-10000 is the secure, powerful, and economical solution for small and medium-sized projects. Both as a stand-alone system and integrated into existing access and passage solutions.

ID-RFID-UHF-ST-10000 is a compact RFID UHF access control reader that, in addition to the UHF long-range reader with integrated antenna, also includes a traffic light and an access controller. This mechanical design without error-prone antenna cables allows for easy installation and maintenance.

Applications are everywhere vehicles should be granted permanent access, such as employee parking lots, company and government entrances, or access to other enclosed facilities (Perimeter Protection), as well as in warehouses for controlling gates (fast-acting doors).

To identify a vehicle, passive, maintenance-free UHF transponders are used in conjunction with the ID-RFID-UHF-ST-10000, which can be affixed behind the vehicle's windshield or mounted on a forklift truck. With support for encryption methods according to EPC Class 1 Gen2 V2, such as NXP UCODE DNA, secure authentication is enabled when needed.

With the ID-RFID-UHF-ST-10000, over 4,000 access permissions can be managed and up to 3,000 access control events stored. Each user can also be assigned time restrictions.

For controlling entry and exit, an external output as well as two digital outputs or alternatively two relays are available as signal generators for barrier or gate controls.

With the help of the Manager software, user data and permissions can be conveniently managed and transferred to the ID-RFID-UHF-ST-10000 (reader) via a temporary connection. After this synchronization, the access control reader can operate offline as a stand-alone reader.

Using a USB stick, the event buffer and the entire configuration including permissions can be read from the ID-RFID-UHF-ST. Through simple "Configuration Cloning," this configuration can be conveniently copied to other devices in the same way.

The "Teach-In Mode" is used for easy learning of access permissions and transponders without using the software. When the reader is in this mode, all read transponders are automatically added to the access database.
