TrafficonLine is an infrared light sensor with 12 light beams that creates a linear detection field across the entire door width. It is suitable for use as a passenger flow detector and for door area monitoring in public transport buses and trains.
The sensor is certified according to railway and automotive standards.
After each door opening, the environment within the detection field is learned as a reference. This enables error-free monitoring even under changing environmental conditions such as rain, snow, or dirt, and also ensures monitoring of handrails or other boarding aids located in the detection field.
